This article outlines how to enable and manage delivery orders in Dutchie E-Commerce.
Things to know
- You can integrate Cannveya, Driven, LogicKit, or Onfleet (including support for Teams) with Dutchie E-Commerce to deliver to your customers.
- Some states are not permitted to provide delivery services; others require certain options to be enabled, such as identity pre-verification.
Before you begin
Enable delivery in Dutchie E-Commerce
- From the Dutchie E-Commerce admin screen, go to Settings > Ordering.
- Select Delivery.
- Select an option for your delivery area - options include Mile Radius, Drawn Zone, and Zip Code or Postal Code.
- Set your Delivery Fee and Delivery Minimum.
If you're integrated with Dutchie POS, set up an automatic delivery fee in Dutchie POS. The Dutchie POS fee is what will be reflected in customer carts and checkout. - Click Publish at the bottom of the page to save all your changes
- Click on the Hours tab, and use the drop-down to select Delivery.
- Modify your hours as needed.
- Note: With After Hours Ordering and Scheduled Ordering enabled, you can accept orders after the store closes for the day, to be fulfilled and delivered the following business day.
To pause or disable delivery uncheck the ordering options.
