Go to Products > Inventory in Dutchie Backoffice.

Things to know

• This action is not reported to traceability and is not available if you're integrated with Metrc, BioTrack, or another traceability platform. It is intended for non-integrated locations where you may need to correct issues resulting in multiple rows in the inventory table belonging to the same package.
• Combining packages is usually not necessary because Dutchie POS automatically combines packages with identical information when they are in the same room. See How Dutchie POS automatically combines identical inventory.
• This action requires the Combine Inventory permission and may be disabled for your location.
• Be sure to print/reprint labels for items being reassigned to a different package ID.
• You can only combine packages of the same unit of measure and catalog product.
• This action cannot be undone.

Combine packages in bulk

1. Go to Products > Inventory.
2. Select all or multiple inventory entries you want to add to the order.
3. Click the Bulk actions dropdown and select Combine.
4. Choose the package you want to combine the selected packages to from the dropdown. 
5. Click Combine.

Combine packages individually

1. Go to Products > Inventory.
2. Click through the SKU of the inventory you want to add to the order.
3. From the next screen, click the Actions button, and select Combine.
4. Choose a package you want to combine the selected packages to from the dropdown.
5. Click Combine.
