Customize Your Homepage
Customizing your homepage in Backoffice allows you to prioritize essential information and features that align with your workflow. By tailoring your homepage, you can optimize efficiency by minimizing unnecessary clicks and easily obtain business critical insights.
When logged into Dutchie Backoffice, select the build your homepage button. Here, you can select up to four quick actions from our list of over 40 options. Quick Actions will save you multiple clicks on actions you frequently use in the system. This includes things like receiving inventory, viewing the closing report, viewing traceability error logs and much more.
In addition to Quick actions, you can also add up to nine Key Metrics. These include information about transactions, gross sales, customers, products sold, pending transfers, total income, net sales, average cart size, and total tips.
You can also add up to two charts, and two lists. Chart options include products sold by hour, total sales by hour, sales by payment type, and total sales for the current month. Lists include information about registers, budtenders, products sold today and discounts issued today.
It's important to note, homepage customization is user specific and is limited to user permissions for each account. The options listed above are inclusive of all available options associated with an Administrator user account on the system. If someone has less available permissions, some of the above information may not be listed as an available option for them.
Mark your Favorites
The Favorites feature in the Reports module allows you to favorite your top used reports so they are easy to find and quickly accessible. You can click the heart icon on your top utilized reports to have those reports show up in the Favorites panel of the Reports homepage or at the top of the list on the Sales Reports page.

How to Find Reports
When logged into the Backoffice, go to Reports. This will take you to the overview page of all the sales reports where you can search for specific reports by name using the Search Reports search bar. There are hundreds of reports to choose from, so we do recommend utilizing this search bar in tandem with either the top used reports listed above or the help desk article, ‘What Kinds Of Reports Can I Run in the Dutchie Backoffice?’
Customize Your Reporting View
When working with reports, anytime you see a settings cog, this means you can customize the table to view the information how you see fit. This adjustment is user specific and will only impact your viewing experience. Options can be checked, unchecked, or dragged and dropped to instantly reorder the columns in the viewed report.
Additionally, when you see an Actions dropdown, you can print a copy of the report in question, or export it to excel.
POS Transactions by Date Report
