Coming Soon: Configure and view Loyalty History in the Dutchie Register

This article explains how to view the Loyalty History log in Dutchie POS, which tracks changes made to your loyalty program settings. It is intended for Dispensary Managers, Marketing Managers, and Compliance Officers who manage or audit loyalty program configurations.

Dutchie POS includes a Loyalty History log that tracks changes made to your loyalty program settings over time. For every settings change, the system records the date and time of the change, the staff member who made it, the specific field that was modified, and the previous and new values.

For Dispensary Managers and Marketing Managers, this feature helps you troubleshoot unexpected changes to loyalty point accrual or tier status. For Compliance Officers and Directors of Compliance, it provides an audit trail confirming who is making changes to your rewards program.

This feature does not change how consumers earn or redeem loyalty points. It only tracks changes to the settings that control your loyalty program.

Before you begin

  • Loyalty History records changes to loyalty program settings only. It does not track individual customer point balances or point redemptions.
  • You will find Loyalty History by going to Dutchie Backoffice admin > Marketing > Loyalty > Loyalty History.

What Loyalty History tracks

Each entry shows:

  • Date/Time: when the change was made.
  • User: the staff member who made the change.
  • Field Modified: which loyalty setting was changed.
  • Old Value and New Value: the setting's value before and after the change.

  1. Sign in to Dutchie Backoffice admin.
  2. Select Marketing from the left navigation menu.
  3. Select Loyalty.
  4. Select Loyalty History.
  5. Review the log of changes, including the date and time, user, field modified, old value, and new value for each entry.
