Journal

The Journal section allows you to add detailed notes to a guest profile. Journal notes are different from other note types in the register like guest and transaction notes. Journal entries are permanent and can't be deleted.

Patient policy

If your state requires patients to sign a patient policy, Dutchie POS has an optional feature that our support team can enable for your location. Policies typically act as a waiver or can absolve the dispensary from being held liable for crimes committed with cannabis purchased at your location.
