Learn how to set the days and hours that your store accepts online orders for pickup and delivery.
Things to consider
- Editing store hours requires the Store Settings user permission.
- If you want to continue to receive orders while the store is closed, you can enable after-hours ordering and process the order the next day.
- If you need to change your hours for a temporary store closing, holidays, or special events, you can set special hours for specific dates. Once those dates have passed, Dutchie reverts to your standard hours automatically.
- Making adjustments to your hours will override and reset your current delivery schedule (if applicable). Be sure to also adjust your delivery schedule accordingly in Settings > Ordering > Delivery.
Set your standard ordering hours
- In Dutchie E-Commerce Admin, go to Settings > Hours.
- From the Ordering Hours drop-down, select an order type (In-store Pickup, Curbside pickup, or Delivery).
- Click Edit Hours.
- Use the checkboxes and dropdowns to specify your online ordering hours for each day of the week.
- Uncheck any days of the week when you are closed or not accepting online orders.
- If your online ordering hours extend past midnight, select one of the (Next Day) options from the dropdown.
- Click the ellipsis to select Open 24 hours for any day of the week.
- We recommend closing your online ordering hours 30 minutes before your regular store hours to account for late orders.
- Click Save Hours.
- Repeat for any additional order types.
