Accounting for stores that stay open after midnight

Stores that stay open after midnight (For example, a store with operating hours from 8 AM - 2 AM ), are technically open across two calendar days. To ensure customers know your correct hours:

  1. Set the day's hours to 24 hours.

2. Note your actual store hours in the text banner.

3. Set your menu to temporarily pause ordering when your store is closed. This will ensure no orders are placed when your store is closed.

Note: If you want to continue to receive orders while the store is closed you can enable after-hours ordering and process the order the next day. If you do this, you should note it in your text banner so customers are aware about when your operating hours are and when they can expect their order.

Troubleshoot curbside ordering

Issue: Curbside ordering is enabled but customers can't select Curbside as an option at checkout.

Answer: Check curbside pickup hours in the Settings > Hours tab. Confirm they are set correctly and the current time falls within these hours.

Other Solutions: If Scheduled Ordering is enabled, customers will be asked to select a time window for their order at checkout. If the selected time window is outside of your curbside pickup hours, or if all time slots are filled (if you have Order Limits enabled), customers may not be able to place a curbside order.
