- You must contact Dutchie Support and request an API key to set up the integration and connect Dutchie POS to Dutchie E-Commerce.
Dutchie E-Commerce | Dutchie POS integration settings
Once the integration setup is complete, in Dutchie E-Commerce admin, you can navigate to Settings > Integrations > Dutchie Point of Sale to:
- Map product categories in Dutchie POS to the corresponding product categories in Dutchie E-Commerce.
- Sync Dutchie POS rooms to your integrated menu to control what products appear on your Dutchie E-Commerce menu based on the Rooms you set up in Dutchie POS.
- If you use inventory-level pricing in Dutchie POS, you have the option to instead Use Catalog Pricing for your Dutchie E-Commerce menu.
- Set potency sources so Dutchie E-Commerce displays the correct potencies and lab results from Dutchie POS.
- Enable or disable Mix and Match, which allows customers to combine different weights of products from the same price tier and earn a discount.
- Enable Discount Sync. By enabling Discount Sync, all Sales in Dutchie E-Commerce will be de-activated, and any new Sales will be created and managed in Dutchie POS. Offers will continue to be created and managed within Dutchie E-Commerce. Discount Sync cannot be disabled once enabled, so consult with Dutchie Support before doing this.
- Set quantity thresholds for your products by category. When a product reaches the quantity threshold in Dutchie POS, it will be automatically hidden from your Dutchie E-Commerce menu until it is restocked.
