Log into Dutchie E-Commerce Admin

You can access Dutchie E-Commerce by logging in at https://admin.dutchie.com/login

Trouble logging in?

If you are receiving a login error message indicating that your account does not exist in Dutchie E-Commerce, but you have previously signed in to Dutchie E-Commerce, confirm that all account information is entered correctly. 

Note: Dutchie E-Commerce login is case-sensitive. Ensure the email address is entered exactly as it appears in the User profile.

If the email address is not entered exactly as it appears in the Dutchie E-Commerce User profile, then an error will result when logging in. 

Is information missing after logging in?

If you are included in a Dutchie E-Commerce Enterprise account, logging into Dutchie E-Commerce will also log you into the Chain Admin account. Check for the shop's logo in the upper left corner of Dutchie E-Commerce to ensure you are on the location-specific view.

Your account may not have the needed permissions to view all information in Dutchie E-Commerce. Connect with a shop teammate with User Management permissions in Dutchie E-Commerce, to confirm your User account and adjust as needed.
