If a customer wants to pay with Pay by Bank when you arrive — even if the order wasn't pre-paid — you can initiate it right from the Mobile POS. Here's how.

Important: The customer is not charged until you tap Complete in the final step. Do not hand over the order before tapping Complete.

Step 1 — Access the order and select Pay by Bank

  1. Pull up the order on the Mobile POS.
  2. Tap Select Payment.
  3. Select Pay by Bank.

Step 2 — Show the QR code to the customer

  1. A QR code will appear on your screen.
  2. Face your phone toward the customer so they can scan it on their own device.
  3. Your app switches to a waiting screen — no action needed from you while the customer completes their steps.

First-time Pay by Bank users will need a few extra minutes to create an account and link their bank. This is a one-time step.

Step 3 — Customer completes payment on their phone

  1. The customer logs in or creates a Pay by Bank account.
  2. They review their order and confirm payment.
  3. Both screens update at the same time — you'll see payment confirmed on your app.

Step 4 — Complete the order

  1. Tap Complete to finalize the order and process payment.
  2. Hand over the items to the customer.

Remember: The customer is not charged until you tap Complete. Always complete this step before handing over the order.
