Pay by Bank deposits are processed daily and arrive in your bank account the next business day. Each deposit is net of processing fees — your closing report will show the gross total, and you can reconcile that to your deposit using either the Sales Report or the Settlement Report. The Sales Report is the fastest way to get your totals; the Settlement Report gives you a full transaction-level breakdown when you need to dig deeper.
