If you are watching this video while working through your Dutchie implementation, please ensure you’ve submitted the Configuration Checklist, and your Implementation Strategist has confirmed that the configuration is completed. After reviewing the training, you can prepare to go live by:
- Sharing API keys with third-party partners
- Setting up physical hardware
- Testing all hardware to ensure successful operation
- Reviewing all workflows and practice transactions
- Scheduling the Joint session to review outstanding questions (if necessary)
- Receiving/importing inventory data
- Importing customer data (if applicable)
- Reviewing and validating built/imported data
- Enabling your traceability connection
